External Video Capture Card Not Recognised

If an external video capture card is not being recognised by VBOX Sim, there a number of steps that can be taken to try and rectify the issue.
 

1. Restart your PC after plugging in the capture card via the supplied USB cable.

2. Make sure the correct drivers have been installed. For example, the AverMedia LGP Lite drivers can be found on the AverMedia website.

3. Reinstall the capture card drivers.
