Why can't I register my Motorsport product?

If you are trying to register your VBOX Motorsport data logging product using our website, however it is not working and you are seeing the following message about an invalid serial number, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure you have correctly entered all of the characters that appear after 'S/N:' on the 'Silver Sticker' located on your unit.
  2. If you have recently purchased the product, it may take up to a couple of days for our systems to catch up (especially during busy periods), please try again after a short wait.
  3. If you are still experiencing issues registering your product, please contact our Support Team.
