How to format a large Flash Card in FAT32

Unfortunately, Windows will only format a removable drive in FAT32 if it’s less than 32GB.
Many third party software programs can be used to reformat SDHC cards to allow them to work correctly with our products - we can recommend the following tool as an free option from the SD card organisation: http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/ind...?guiformat.htm
Note: The download link can be found in the bottom of the 'Notes' section. I include a direct link below:

Format External Hard Drive in FAT32 using DOS

Open a command window by going to Start, then Run and typing in CMD.
Now type in the following command at the prompt:

format /FS:FAT32 X:
Replace the letter X with the letter of your external hard drive in Windows. Windows will go ahead and begin formatting the drive in FAT32.
