Does Racelogic software operate on a Mac?

Yes!

We have reproduced one of our most popular motorsport software packages to run on Mac operating systems - this is called Circuit Tools macOS and is used for replaying and analysing race/track day data.

Our VBOX Video HD2 Setup Software VBOX Video is also available for Mac operating systems. This allows you to adjust settings within the HD2 unit and to design the graphic overlays you wish to use on your videos.

If you are looking at one of our other software programs, such as VBOX Test Suite or Video VBOX Setup, unfortunately, there are no current plans to migrate these solutions to the macOS.

There are a couple of ways to get around this (unfortunately both require installing Microsoft Windows).

  1. Boot Camp – This is provided by Apple. It creates a partition on the hard disk where Microsoft Windows is installed. You can choose Microsoft Windows or macOS upon start-up.
  2. Parallel / Fusion – These allow Microsoft Windows to be run as a program in macOS.

Once Microsoft Windows is installed, you can run our software as normal.

Mor information on our software programs can be found on our Automotive and Motorsport websites.
